REQUEST AN EXCHANGE/RETURN

ALYFT APPAREL wants your exchange/return process to be as seamless and stress free as possible. For this reason, we've updated our exchange/return workflow to include Self-Serve Returns! 

Follow these instructions to submit your exchange/return:

  • Create a Customer Account (Follow the simple on-screen prompts)
  • Once logged-in, select Request Return under the order you wish to exchange/return.
  • Select the items you wish to exchange/return and select Request Return*

    •          *For returns, select the reason for your return.
             *For exchanges, type the word 'EXCHANGE' in the note section.

    What Happens Next?

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll issue a refund to the card used on file.  The customer will be responsible for the shipping labels involved in the exchange process.
