International Shipping

Note that with all international sales, there are additional customary duty fees for products transported from the United States to your country.  This fee will be assessed at checkout online to finalize your purchase. Purchased items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. Once shipped, please allow up to 6-10 business days of transit time for your package to arrive as exact details will be specified in the order confirmation. 

Processing Time

Please note that processing time is the duration it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes verifying payment details, quality checks, and packaging. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Address Errors

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. In the event that you need to make changes to your address, please contact us at info@alyftapparel.com. Please note that once an item has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We will not be held liable for any packages lost due to address errors.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. We offer the first exchange free of charge to ensure your satisfaction. However, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • It's essential to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the exchanged item, as this may affect its eligibility for exchange.
  • If the exchanged item is received in a damaged or scented condition, the exchange request will be canceled.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges after the first one.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being returned must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • It's crucial to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the returned item, as this may affect its eligibility for a refund.
  • If the returned item has any noticeable odor or perfume, a rewash fee of 15% of the item's cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns of damaged items will not be accepted or refunded.
  • All refunds are awarded MINUS the cost of the return postage.

    Sizing
    Garment measurements are found on each individual page in order to help you decide which size to get.

    There are a variety of different fit styles in our collection, please read the sizing details and product descriptions.  Most items are true to size however if it says "fitted" then that means it'll have a tighter, more snug feel so if you like your tees more loose then go one size up for "fitted" specified shirts.  

    If the item says "garment dyed" then do not use stain remover sprays on it as it will discolor the item.  Garment dyed items are unique professional made colors that are just as durable as standard colored tees but please refrain from stain remover sprays and you are all set - standard wash or dry cleaning is perfectly fine.

    The message first off is amazing! Also I'm picky with the quality of stitching but they nailed it - the quality is great. My head is also big lol so I love the snapback. It's very comfy and the material all around is nice. I love it!

    Bought this one for my husband, wears it all the time! The front is nice but I think my fav part could be the side design - love what they do with the Roman numerals. So creative and great quality
