Refund policy
Address Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. In the event that you need to make changes to your address, please contact us at info@alyftapparel.com. Please note that once an item has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We will not be held liable for any packages lost due to address errors.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary as we want you to be completely satisfied with the fit and look of your collection piece. Please keep in mind the following guidelines:
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
- It's essential to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the exchanged item, as this may affect its eligibility for exchange.
- If the exchanged item is received in a damaged or scented condition, the exchange request will be canceled.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping costs during the exchange process.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! We offer hassle-free returns for eligible items. Here's what you need to know:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item being returned must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
- It's crucial to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the returned item, as this may affect its eligibility for a refund.
- If the returned item has any noticeable odor or perfume, a rewash fee of 15% of the item's cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns of damaged items will not be accepted or refunded.
- All refunds are awarded MINUS the cost of the return postage.
- A $5 refund fee is charged per our Shopify POS system and will also be assessed to the customer per the refund.

*NOTE: In-person purchases at a live booth or festival will be listed as a final sale not eligible for return.
Refunded fees on the product itself will be returned back typically 3-5 days after we receive the item in hand for inspection. Return of refund fees to your original form of payment may vary depending on your bank/account provider.
Cancellation of Order
Customer may cancel their order by requesting it online per their customer portal or by emailing ALYFT. Customer can get a full refund as long as the order has not shipped. If the order was packed, postage paid, and was shipped - the order will go through the above mentioned process listed for returns as the package will need to be sent back to the ALYFT warehouse. Shipping with returns or cancelled orders requires the customer to pay for shipping costs to return the items back to ALYFT. After the package is returned back to ALYFT, there will be a 5% fee charge to the customer to cover the refund transaction fee per Shopify (our website platform).
Chargeback Requests
Chargebacks will only be approved if there is a fraudulent transaction in which the customer has not approved of the purchase. Our system is primed to detect fraudulent purchases but if the purchase passed our system inspection then it will be deemed as a legitimate purchase. If the purchase was indeed fraudulent, the ordered products should be returned to ALYFT APPAREL and a refund will be issued. ALYFT APPAREL also does not have a paid subscription so "Subscription Cancellation" is not a valid reason to receive a chargeback as we only have a newsletter program that is completely free.
